U.S. Only coverage. Free standard shipping is included on all U.S orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and estimated delivery is within 5-8 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@hearhalo.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to modify or redirect it.

30-Day Trial & Returns
We want you to have enough time to experience and adjust to your HearHalo hearing aids.

The 30 day trial begins on the date your order is confirmed as delivered, not the date of purchase. If your HearHalo product isnt the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To begin a return, contact support@hearhalo.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The return request mst be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

The hearing aids, charging case, and all componenets and accessories must be included, in good condition, and free from damage.

Prodcts must not have been modified, altered, damaged through misuse, accident, improper care, or unauthorized repair.

Because hearing aids are personal-use devices, returned products may be subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
